I'm Susanna Welch, a North Florida Realtor, wife, mom of five, and real estate investor alongside my husband. I understand firsthand that buying or selling a home isn't just a transaction. There's usually a whole life happening behind it.

Maybe you're buying your very first home and have absolutely no idea where to start. Maybe your family has outgrown the home you're in. Maybe you're selling a home you've loved for years and it's harder than you expected. Or maybe you're like my husband and I and have dreams of building something for your family's future through real estate.

Those are the parts of real estate that I love.

I've always had a heart for helping people, and I want my clients to feel like they have someone they can actually talk to. You don't have to know all the right questions, understand all the real estate terms, or have everything figured out before you call me. That's what I'm here for.

I'm very hands-on, I'm down-to-earth, and I'm probably going to explain things to you in normal everyday language instead of making something sound more complicated than it needs to be. I'll answer your questions, walk you through the process, celebrate the exciting moments with you, and be right there helping you work through the stressful ones too.

As an investor myself, I also understand that sometimes a property isn't just about finding a home. It can be about finding an opportunity, creating another source of income, or working toward a bigger dream. I genuinely love that side of real estate, too.
